Music legends Sting and Shaggy have reunited to release a new single, "Til A Mawnin," which debuted on February 27, 2025. This track pays homage to Jamaica's rich sound system culture, blending classic reggae rhythms with contemporary flair.
"Til A Mawnin" reimagines the "I'm Not Getting Crazy" riddim, originally produced by Henry "Junjo" Lawes and backed by the Roots Radics Band.
This riddim has been foundational for several reggae classics, including Don Carlos' "I'm Not Crazy," Frankie Paul's "Worries in the Dance," and Yellowman's "Getting Married."
Shaggy, alongside Shane Hoosong, produced this updated version, infusing it with new energy while preserving its dancehall roots.
Fans can look forward to seeing Sting and Shaggy perform together at the Reggae Rise Up Festival on March 13 in St. Petersburg, Florida, where they will co-headline one of the country's most anticipated reggae events.
